members
Career and personal development
Our family members are the most
valuable good we hold. We need to
protect and promote them.
To align our company goals with the personal goals of each family member, we
plan with every employee a 'Performance and Learning Talk' annually.
This includes the planning of further
career moves and identifying individual
development plans. These plans are
documented and regularly reviewed. We
provide training on the job as we believe
this is one of the best opportunites to
gain as much know-how and experience
as possible.
We provide our employees with an
opportunity for remote work and internal
job movement thanks to an internal
career page, which is accessible worldwide.
We want our family members to be
happy with what they do every day and
support them as much as possible in
their further development.
Combination of family and work
We know now more than ever what
counts in life and that flexibility helps us
increase our work-life balance.
Viessmann encourages parental leave
for both genders, including at management level. We always follow local laws
and local labour collective agreements if
existing.
