our vision
Recently we have refreshed our strategy
defining our journey towards 2025 and
implementing a much higher focus on
sustainability. On our way, we are travelling a cultural journey to foster innovation
and make our purpose of co-creating
living spaces for generations come true.
A good culture is the fundamental basis
of a company. The company culture
is about the values we hold, the way
we interact with each other, and our
decisions.
Co-creation is one of the fundamental
pillars of our vision. We take responsibility. We listen, and all together, we will
succeed.

According to our company values within
the Viessmann Group, we in the
Refrigeration Solutions business area
have built and are convinced by our
culture as a developmental culture
where we continuously learn from our
successes and failures.

ideas rapidly and try to bring them to
reality. Our central belief is that we are all

opportunites to make our end customers
lives easier.
